Just think about a stalled auto with stickys and 150-175 hit. Should go bottom 10's with ease while peeking at 9's.

I'm pretty sure I did think about it, which is why I pointed out the big speed difference.

The point was, if you can add a 100 shot and barely sneak a win over a car that's merely tuned, you may wanna consider the money you spend more wisely. In the end, the ONLY way to make the nitrous car run as it should is to do more modifications, including, at a minimum, better tires. Even a simple tune with the nitrous would likely net similar ET's without better traction.

Ultimately, I'm getting at the fact that Chevrolet did such a great job with the car they offered, little needs to be done for it to run stellar numbers. Generally speaking, a bit deep in thought for many here, I know...

I should just join the youngsters club and say, "Man I can't wait to see one with a 2,000hp turbo motor!" and then wait for all the hilarious insults to follow.

Looks like Redline Motorsports is first into the 10's. Even did it with a 7 speed manual.

C7 Widebody kit:

Now don't mind the color or the color matching wheels, what do you guys think of the widebody itself?

Nah... Stock looks great, but this is too much. Perhaps it's partially due to not being able to remove the from my mind...
