Well, I think it was time, he's acomplished quite a bit and done the Corvette proud IMOHO. My Uncle in Law, Cardy Davis was the Corvette Platform manager before Dave Hill and ran it from 1985 to 1995. In that time he did much of the front work on the C5 and brought the ZR1 and Grandsport to life. Dave has feahers in his hat too with the DEbut of the C5 and C6 as well as the Nurburing crown in a sub $100K car. All great accomplishments!

The guy replacing him sounds like he got the goods. Hard to top what Dave Hill has accomplished.

True, hard to make the car look any uglier or more camaro like.

But I'm sure it'd be hard to top it's performance too. Especially for the price.

Dave Hill has certainly done an amazing job!!
Tom Wallace has some big shoes to fill that's for sure!
I think he should do well though, he's got the knowledge and experience.
