one of the local channels in detroit interviewed a bunch of the "GM" celebrities last night and asked them what they drove...THAT was funny.....there were a few bmws, a volvo, some mercedes, a "hybrid"......i think two them were smart and just said "a suv and a sports car" rather than give a competing brand name...only vivica fox(whose been a caddy spokeperson for a few years) and nick cannon actually said they had a gm vehicle......you woulda thought they'd be prepped a little better than that.....

I just really hope they build it and even if they are, I dont think I will believe it untill I can go to Machaik Chevy and get one. People were complaining the wheels resemble to close to the Mustang GTs wheels, but all in honesty that thing could come with a set 93-96 Camaro salad shooters and I would still buy it

thats kind of funny. have you seen the chrome wheels on some newer gt's? i seen one tonight and my first thought was "how did they get c5/z06 wheels on that turd?" they copied the crap out of them.
*note, they are 10 spoke wheels that resemble c5/z06 wheels almost to well.

very awsome, but i still think the front needs some Dr. 90210. It's not bad but it's lacking compared to the rest of the car imo. The color sceme is pretty sweet, that would look totally badass with some blacked out wheels with a polished lip and a full black leather interior, the windsheild housing needs to be a diff color too. It's cool to see a vert in the works

On the wheel comment, I'd love for GM to take the ZR1 wheel and make a 18" or 19" version and in a black spoke, chrome lip version for the new camaro. Realistically, the show car's 22" wheels probably will never see a dealers showroom which is a good thing.
GM just needs to pick up the speed or else the ship will leave port before they even build the first car.

Normally I'm not a fan of convertibles, but I like the new Camaro convertible much better than the coupe. I especially like the this shot. A pic of the new converible sure would look good next the LS1Tech logo up top (hint, hint).

I've been wanting two things in terms of a new project car:
1. LSx platform
2. Convertible (although not the best option for ~800rwhp
I'm very curious and excited about the potential of this car. This could be the car
that gets me back into the GM game.

Looks good and very production ready. A few things I don't like are the tiny mirrors, the brushed aluminum looking A-pillar/windshield surround (should be same color as rest of car), and as someone mentioned before the somewhat pointy nose.
