2008 T/A for real. I just found this on high performance pontiac's site. I need to call my sis.

Looks like an old article, and the same random photo that has been flying around the net that someone did of a retro TA.
If they were going to release a new TA, I would think we would have at least SEEN a concept picture, same goes for the GTO.
I know GM is trying to make Pontiac the "performance division" again, but their method seems to be just taking what australia has and bringing it stateside. The G6 is suppose to eventually be replaced by a smaller RWD Holden as well.

First off, that's definitely a TA concept as you can clearly note the exact angle of the roof and b-pillar to be the same as the 09 Camaro. (As if the hood bird isn't a big enough hint.)
As far as Pontiac goes, they would actually have to put something like this out to win me back. All of their recent cars and concepts in pursuit are indeed a bunch of holden cars. They screwed up with the GTO because they basically made the tamest looking muscle car in history (it looks like a mid-90's caprice mixed with a BMW), and the new G8 is the most striking resemblence to a souped up Mazda I've ever seen.
I know the G8 will be fast... you can make a minivan fast, but I still would never want one.

If you read the last paragraph of the article, you'll see that it's a drawing that an enthusiast did and posted on the internet. It is not from GM at all. There is no GM T/A concept.

I already knew it wasn't an official concept (as I saw it almost a year ago) nor did I say that it was. I was just pointing out what was apparently the origional artists intent.
