I recommend researching test numbers for lateral G's, slalom speeds, etc.
Outside of the pure science, they're very similar in a lot of ways: midsize, 4-door, front LSX, 6-speed, rear drive, weight is pretty close (GXP a little heavier), etc. I would be surprised if the difference was large in either direction, the biggest difference maker would probably be tires.

I imagine the new GXP is giong to be very close to a FE4 suspended V. They may have an option for the better shocks like the V had also but its nothing a set of hotckis sways and GC couldn't cure. Add on the FG2 or a set of QA1's and your golden. Until the aftermarket catches the GXP.

the Vs will hold about a .93-95 in the skid, max lateral grip stock is about .97 Which was spot on for when I had 245s in the rear, it would just barely start to kick out at .96... Of course now with the 275s and stock rims I slip out closer to .92 which isnt bad considering that the tire is waayy too big for the rim, and that Im no longer lighting up / chirping 1st through 5th... lol
Seriously, who puts 245s on something with 400 horsepower??

But yeah, 245's on a 2-ton 400hp sports sedan is undersized.
