Southern FLA (pref Miami) area tuners?
Tried searching, can't really get a good answer. Looking for a shop that can do some wrenching and tuning. Want to flash my stock V before I start throwing mods at her.

DrNick, I'm gonna slap you silly! W4M tune for $160 dumdumdum.
You will not be disappointed. Once you get some heavy mods then you can waste your money on a good dyno tune.

Yeah yeah, I hear ya. I just don't like the idea of paying for a tune and having no idea where the AFRs sit and if I am going to pay to get it on the rollers, might as well just have a tune custom tailored to my car.
I might end up giving him a ring though, most the "tuners" I have been trying to contact via email havn't gotten back to me. I did talk to a Mike Norris via email, he seemed to know what he was doing. Waiting to hear back to see if he has done any Vs though.

canned tunes are canned tunes.
all cars are slightly different bc of climate, gas, oil, etc
GET A CUSTOME TUNE, youll be happier to know you have a relationship with someone that you can go back to should you add or de-mod or if there are any bumps that need to be ironed out and you have the pleasure of watching the tuner work, seeing his adjustments, and knowing hes trying to get every bit of power while maintaining reliability.

I have done a few CTS-V's and used to do the tuning for the Massey Cadillac dealership up here in Orlando when they used to do performance packages.
I think we talked via e-mail and I sent you some info on headers and cam and then heading into a Magnacharged setup. If it was not you then I guess I have a couple folks looking
Look forward to talking to you.

This is my general feeling about this subject. I have been in the subaru world since the mid 90s. Spent countless hours wrenching, drinking and tuning. Since this is my first dip in the domestic pool, I want to start a relationship (no homo) with a tuner. Help guide me thru the process. I did the whole "order parts and slap them on" thing with my Impreza RS. If I worked with a tuner and had guidance with the research for parts selection, I would have been much better off and not been so pissed with the end product isn't what it should have been.
