Default which exhaust corsa? or magnaflow?

i dont understand the corsa it has no x-pipe but has some sort of weird resonators, wonder which is going to sound better and perform better with a set of kooks headers and high flow kooks cats?
here are there links to each like I said I need to know which is better for performance and sound, with the headers, and why does it have resonator instead of x-pipe? thanks

theres no power to be made here either way you go (~5rwhp max)....save yourself some money and get a great exhaust note.....Id go with magnaflow.....

$1000+ on exhaust is just too much for essentially the same thing @ $550

especially given the economy.... get yourself a magnaflow, a tune, and a k&n intake all for the price of that corsa.

Maybe the resinator is there to kill the drone. Don't really like the Corsa sound. Magnaflow is much deeper. Some say that the fit and finish is better on the corsa. But is it $500 better?

The Corsa system sounds pretty much stock-like (way too quiet for my liking) at anything but WOT, and then it is super-loud, almost tinny sounding.

The Magnaflow is a great all-around sounding exhaust. It makes the car rumble at idle and low rpms (not too loud, just nice and low) and really sounds like a muscle car should at WOT. This exhaust is slightly quieter than the Corsa at WOT.

It's all a matter of personal preference, and I absolutely loved the Magnaflow and will probably use that brand on all my exhausts in the future.

I know the Corsa is over priced but it's fully stainless (won't rust out) and has a lifetime warranty I believe. I think it's the best looking & sounding exhaust for LS engines and I get nothing but compliments on mine. I prefer the low rumble at most speeds, I don't want heads turning all the time like I'm 19 or something.

I like the low rumble of the magnaflow. It's LOUD with headers.

You'll love it!

I have kooks and corsa. I love it. The headers made it sound way better.

Default Another Old Fart

I guess that I'm just another old fart, but I like my Corsa, especially behind the 1 7/8" Kooks. It has a pretty good bark when you crack the throttle.

Besides, at cruising speed, it's quiet enough to hear the rear end whine.

VALDEZTKE has heard my car if you need another opinion.
