woah woah, I would let them do whatever they need to do to fix the issues then put it in their face, if you pull it out now they will say they never got the chance to make it better. Time to talk to a lawyer before you make any rash moves!

YA I FOUND OUT WHAT BODY SHOP THEY USE AND THEY ARE DECENT. i ws afraid they were just going to bang it out themselves. i find it very hard to beleive that when i get it back there arent going to be any more dents or scratches

a letter would've been written a long time ago to corporate by me in order to start a paper trail. it sucks as this happened to me with my 04 325i that never left the dealer.

It seriously sounds like you were absolutely shitted on by this dealership. In this day and age, I can't believe the GM of that dealership hasn't found you a replacement car and given you 5 years worth of free oil changes.

I would have to say I know a lot of service centers with young punks who see anything they can get their hands on to beat on. I myself will never have a dealership fix my camaro due to the amount of airheads who want to drive it. Dealers need to learn that if they want business with the higher class clientele such as the ones who buy vettes, camaros, cadillacs, etc, that the service needs to be there too after they buy it.

good luck getting this dealership to correct their mistakes.
in regards to the post above me. Did you really just put the words "high class" and "camaro" in the same sentence???
