Default Just got the wheels done!

Fran at Race Proven Motorsports just did the wheels for me, I put the 06-07 centers on. Now just gotta get the tint darker tomorrow. What should i do next? Im gonna get the smoked corners and prolly do something with the fogs. I think im about done visually, might be time soon for a maggie.....

So far, I have done the specter werkes spoiler, tint, and powdercaoted the wheels.

Nice! Dude why didn't you come to the dyno day / lsx meet last saturday?? We could have used another V there to represent!

I have been thinking about having Fran do mine too but I can't decide if I want to. $100/wheel, right?

yea, they look great. i was working at the sheriffs office on the dyno day and couldnt get off. i would have loved to come. if you want we can meet up before you make a decision and you can see for yourself what they look like in person. just let me know. best money i have spent change the look of the car a lot. makes the brake calipers pop too since they were hidden behind the silver wheel berfore.

Those wheels look killer! Drop it a little bit and that will be one of the sickest V's around.

im just worried about lowering it with the rear as fragile as it is. I dont want the dealer to say that lowering it caused the rear to break because you know how that bs goes. have the extended warranty and want the rear coverd.

I know they look awesome, I just can't figure out if I want to spend the $400 on this or put it toward a cam swap this winter....

Took it to the tint guy this morning he knows he fd up so he's gonna throw the right shut on for free on Tuesday. Then I'll be happy. The wing changed the look of the car like u wouldn't believe. Specter werkes n had it on the car for 520 total painted n all. The only way to be original with this car with the limited market for these is to have money in the bank LOL not me.... Thought this would do for now n I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the pic matt

I thought about saving but 400 vs 4000 seemed like a no brainer for me. They look great n now I can save for a maggie.

Powder coating the stock wheels is the cheapest most dramatic change you can make to these cars. imho

I do like that they are different but I like the black on black look. The picture with the glare on yours makes them look light blue kinda

yeah its chopped a bit but in a lot of pictures that happens... Its wierd because in person they just look gunmetal but in alot of pics that happens. The only time it doesn't seems to be on cloudy days so my theory is that it is the reflection from the sky. (the basecoat of the powdercoat is ultra chrome then Black chrome color over the top of it.) Infact at night they almost look black. So anyway im sure you have seen in all my pics they look a different color in every one haha

BTW I also love and loathe the black look and yours looks super good.... wish i could have 2 sets and swap back and forth.
