thanks for all of the responses. right now I'm talking to 3 people that are interested locally(so to speak - in Georgia). If things do not work out with a complete sale, then it will be part-out time for sure. Give me a week and then I'll be tearing it apart. Thanks

I'm probably going to buy a beater 4 door truck, and look for a good deal on a Viper GTS. I've got my eye on one locally that would be a great driver for a good price.
