Thank You. I don't know about the black being best though. That is a killer picture of your car.

The spacers will be needed in the rear to trick the shocks into thinking they are at stock ride height when it is lowered. Without the spacers the rear shocks will pump the car back up. It won't pump up all the way back to stock ride height but you will probably only see 1/4" without some type of spacer.

Here are a couple pics of the spacers:

did you make those spacers or purchase them somewhere, your car is the perfect height imo and I would love for mine to be exactly that way. any help would be appreciated.

Here's my 2004 V:

See my sig for mod info. I am currently lowered a little over 1" in front and a little over 3/4" in rear. I will be going even lower in a few weeks.

I know I posted mine already but here's one from VDay 3 yesterday at Summit Point Raceway. Here's a nice shot showing all my suspension mods working together to get me through the apex and on to the next turn.

i'm surprised 04ctsvfl hasn't commented on how low my car sits. easily lowest one i've seen and the ride hasn't been compromised. on the contrary, the handling has improved significantly with the suspension/wheel combo.

err refer to post 20 feel free to whip out a measuring tape if you want to get technical.

if your tire dia is stock or larger it cant possibly be lower than mine, unless you dont turn your car.

i could be wrong, and im intrested to find out in good fun of course.

just saw your post and your **** looks dumped man. i'm certain my dia is more being a 20" staggered setup, but still, whipping out the tape puts me just a hair over 5.5... and it looks like you're a bit under that, lol. where are you measuring from? i measured behind the rear passenger door. also, i can do a full u-turn with zero rubbing, even doing 360s in a fast manner as i had to do that after we lowered the back a bit to settle things around a bit. however, making a direct turn in to a gas station type of area, i need to be careful because i already touched my right fender a bit where i had to roll it back in. looks like i need to roll my fenders STAT.

i'm so freaking anxcious to see the other pics!!! there's another pose that i know is going to be nothing but great ****!

welp, it seems i'm significantly lower sir...

i was also thinking of lowering the back just a tad to match the nasty tuck on the front.

edit: this pic just showed me a peice of my bumper that has apparently been chipped and never noticed. my apologies, but i guess being low has a price. time for some touch up i guess, lol.

randys gc's look perfect in the 2nd pic. I think that is what I ultimately want, fender just above the tire line. The H&R look great in some pics, and in others too low for me. Probably pics taken in the morning and evening, vs midday. Eibach is too low. I want a stock look, but lower. Sort of like a B _ _...

they all look "good"...ride height is definitely one of those widely opinionated things
