That was in Arizona heat and first time at the strip with the V. And, to top it all off, FN Tire Pressure Monitoring System decided to act up and not let me put in competition mode, so both runs were with traction control on.
I was really scared to make a third shot at it until I can get the Hendrix axles. I don't want the economy ones, either.

I am not dissapointed with those times considering.
I think thats great times cosdering te 60 foot, nice job.

If you are blown or stroked, essentially over 450RWHP, you can grenade the rear without hopping being a factor. Will these axles, or any others, protect the POS diff on higher HP Vs?

sounds like spending that amount of money on axles to eliminate wheel hop is a total waste since people are still scared to break the rear. Why buy 1800 dollar axles and be scared to test them out? doesnt look good for the people selling the axles just imo

It's not a total waste if it does indeed prevent diff failure, whether or not you "test them out."

But, you raise a valid point. We've been focusing on WH as the primary cause of diff failure. What if, in addition, we also have a diff that will meet its demise under spirited driving conditions only, without clutch drops, even with a stock car? What if the H-E axles only buy us time? The jury is still out on this, but threads like this one need to continue to publicly elicit everyone's experiences so we can finally answer some of these questions.

That's my $0.02.

^^^ good $0.02!!! You are not going to be able to blame Hendrix if the diff breaks/explodes/grenades/fails.

i concur. They have done exactly as advertised... eliminate wheel hop. Whether or not wheel hop was the only cause for differential breakage - time will tell. I also feel the hesitation from the axle purchasers. I would not want to spend that much on axles - go out to the track and have full faith that my diff is safe. Because when its not. Technically thats 1800 down the toilet that you could have put towards a stronger "custom" housing (MADMAN)

I'm guessing the parts changer wouldn't know the difference.

my point exactly.......especially since we have heard maybe one review on the axles so far. I cant blame people for not wanting to beat ont here car to test them fully but someone)maybe hendrix) needs to offer someone something to test there car with the axles. We need some reviews to give us an idea of what we are getting. Spending 1800 to be able to do a burnout isnt worth it to me, i wanna see some track launches.
