Of course I still need to get the car first... but for $500 I would do headers right away.

Which exhaust setup tucks in the best? I have some wicked speed bumps in my neighborhood.

[QUOTE=Sean01;12921439]My wife's v is running the full b&b setup. The headers fit great and tuck up nicely.QUOTE]

Your WIFES V and full B&B... I think you are my hero. But seriously i have B&B catback on my 96 Impala and second the motion that they have a top quality product. If it was just cheaper in price...

Is she running the Touring system or the sport system? Got any soundclips?

Hello,
The rumors you heard are correct! We are currently in the late stages of R&D and should have them available sometime next month. If you would like you can check back around March 15th and I will be able to give you a part number and a ETA. Thank you for your interest.

I have a number of headers listed on the ctsvparts.com. It's a good place to find. If you find any listed at a better price then let me know and I will update. Also If I'm missing something, let me know.

Pacesetter seem to be the cheapest price brand, but i think its the most used header on fbodies, i pretty much guarantee it. Most come coated or you have them coat it for a minimal price, and quite honestly i cant see the quality being much less then Kooks and such.

They are all mild steel though from what I can tell, but for the price it seems pretty good!

Yes, they are mild steel, BUT, if you buy them coated, they will not rust. I had ceramic coated mild steel headers before on my gto, and there was no issues with rust at all.

This is good news. I am having a custom exhaust done to suit my taste in sound and will definately be going with the Pacesetters. I had a set on my F-body and they fit great.

I love the kooks but for half the price, pacesetters are very nice!

Right, the price is what I care about with headers. I just can't understand why the price is so high with the other brands.

I'm kind of interested in hearing from the Kooks/B&B fan boys on this one.
