the factory spiler from Gm and the knock offs arent much different then the Specter. For a knock off id just worry about how long itd last and warping etc. Specter was 395 and well worth it IMO.

The stock sticks up a little farther and for me, thats a huge difference. The Spectre is the only one i would run if i were to get one...

Yup ebay it came painted black raven and matched perfect. it has been on there for almost 10 months with no problem and the one on my 03 cts was on there for 2 years with no warping, fading, peeling, or anything. I feel its a pretty quality product for the price and both came from the same place/seller.

Props on having one of the cleanest CTS-V around, it makes me wish mine was the lighter gray to have the sick contrast with the tinted windows and tails.
I've been dying to get my tails tinted on my smoke gray and the tint on yours is exactly what I am looking for. I was wondering about the % of the tint and also, I'm a little concerned that if I go so dark my taillights will be too dark and I could even get pulled over for it. I assume you've checked your's out in the dark, how do they look?

This . . .

I bought mine from them, great spoiler but they lost it in shipping. Had to call 3 times man. A month and a half later I got it. They kept giving me bs excuses for the first 3 weeks telling me its on the way. When I called the 3rd time a month later the guy I got was honest and said they actually haven't painted it yet. DO not buy from them unless time is not an issue. They have them in stock but take forever to paint them.

How hard was the mounting/installation? Did you do it yourself or pay to have it installed? Pics with it installed?

Been debating this exact spoiler and don't care about the wait time, but riding the fence on drilling holes in the trunk and would probably let a body shop do it.

Damn, very tempting at that price. I've always liked the look of a spoiler but the car looks great without one also. Tough decision.

Install is usually not hard but it involves using hole saws to cut through deck lid....
