Those numbers don't really seem bad to me.
It is funny though, my numbers are almost exactly reversed from yours.
351 rwHP
365 rwTQ
on a Mustang Dyno
You can see my mods below for comparison.

Mustang Dynamometer - Date: 6/22/2007
Base Run:
Max Power = 324.5 @ 5450 RPM
Max Torque = 341.7 @ 4550 RPM
Test Run:
Max Power = 351.3 @ 5600 RPM
Max Torque = 364.8 @ 4550 RPM
I can clearly see the torque curve peaking a bit higher than the power curve. I guess I just got a torque monster.

Just took a pic of it with my phone. Here is the sheet:

It definitely feels better, but honestly, the difference isn't as dramatic as I thought it was going to be. Take my opinion with a grain of salt though, as any of these seat of the pants things are really subjective, and the next guy might think it feels like a different car. It revs slightly quicker, and engagement feel is 10,000x better than stock, and pedal throw (depression length) is shorter which makes for a quicker shift, but its hard to tell how much faster the car is now than it was before.
Overall, I am really happy with the Monster Kit, but just haven't been able to enjoy it yet because of the mystery grinding noise that I need to get fixed.

mustang dynos seem to be stingy with TQ #s since its a "load" dyno. funny how tweeters is diffrent
Also the LS2 makes more Tq then the LS6 cause those guys do alot of towing and tractor pulls and etc.

^^^^ A lot of it is in the tune which im sure TSP should be good. Just dont get dead set on the 400 number, i made 399(with 2 degrees of timing pulled for 100 shot) but every dyno is different. Do you have an u/d pulley and ported throttle body? I trying to decide if I wanna even mess with those.

Did you get you high flow cats installed yet? I received my RT Cats on Tuesday and had them installed the same day. There was a noticeable SOTP difference and really woke up the sound of the car. I had the muffler delete done into 4" Magnaflow tips before it and now it sounds nasty!!! People look at me like WTF.
I would think the high flows with a cam are good for atleast another 10 rwhp in your case.
