A little update so far the qa1's are a bit to much for the 91,000 mile rear shock mounts. The shock pushed itself through the rubber and was hitting the back seat i did what i could with what tools i had to quite the noise down. The problem started happening about 100 miles into the wife and I's 1st year anniversary trip to Washington, DC. The car handled like complete **** for about 1,000 miles but i still loved driving it, the stance is pretty mean looking. For now i used a few washers to prevent it from happening again and I'm working on getting poly mounts made.

You have to use something to keep them from pushing through. I used the metal hat off of the old dust boot. I juat pulled the plastic tube off the metal hat and that will keep the shock from pushing on just the center. If you think about it, the factory shock doesn't just push on the middle. It uses that hat as well to push on more surface area and not just the unsupported center rubber part.
