Its easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Even with my cam I still was able to have the radiator and a few other things fixed under warranty.

Lots of updates!
I left national speed before thanksgiving. I now work for R.P.M. Motorsports in Garner NC, being a dedicated LSX shop, it is a good fit for me.
I actually have the ls6 from my cts v for sale. I have began construction of a ls2 based 402 for the car. Should be done in a couple of weeks.
Went with...
Compstar crank and rods.
Manley pistons
Total seal rings
Cleveite bearings
Virginia speed cnc block prep
TEA cnc ported ls3 heads
Virginia speed custom cam
Etc....
Shooting for 500 rwhp.

and hookup on parts through your RPM?

Wish I had the money for a fully built car and a CTS-V. For now I am trying to maintain ALL civility in the CTS-V. So aesthetics only beyond the intake/catback I have now. Actually feel headers might get too loud. Not for me but since I now have a respectable job and live in a quiet nieghborhood... They wont like the cammed straight pipe V8 sounds every morning/night.
