Make sure you call Luke at Lindsay Cadillac and get the UUC shifter bushings to go with that Katech. It will get rid of the sponginess in the shifter, and they only cost like $30.

tell you the truth they made no difference in my car.... Katech is money tho.. the short throw and threaded shifter stalk is the ****.. tighten up the linkage and you will have a short throw.... check PISNUOFF shifter on the other fourm for a low cost option that i hear is the BEST throw.. i know a guy who replaced his UUC with it

They made a world of difference in mine. My factory bushings were shot. I suppose if they arent worn out there wouldn't be a big difference. I wish I kept my stock shifter to sell to PISNUOFF. I was so sick of it that I threw it in the trash.

Sounds great!

Did you just replace mufflers, or do you have the resonator removed as well?

Must be nice. My first tour when we invaded Iraq in 2003 was six months. The following two were for a year and the one coming up is for a year. I get to pay all of my stupid debt off with this one so I can start buying more parts for my V.

I'd like to hear a sound clip of this. i have an x pipe, no mufflers and when I added test pipes, it sounded like absolute garbage.

I have a sound clip of mine, but because it was raining, I had the camera too close to the car and it doesn't sound right. I'll try to make another clip before the headers/cam go in. I really like my current sound but I think catless like this would be obnoxious.

muffler delete $50 bucks with stock tips. pointless to add any brand mufflers. if you have money to throw at it definitely throw in some long tubes. will wake her up
