Question 2006 LS-2 pushrods

Tomorrow possibly replacing some bent pushrods with some stock ones for now....anyone know the tq. specs...i have heard everything from 18"inch lbs to 22'ft lbs. thanks....

22ft lbs on the rocker arm bolts. Put some med strength loctite on there too.

did mine Sunday.

Torqued all 16 to 240 in. lbs.

first pass at 120 then 240.
