2006 LS2.

Chinese pacesetter knock off 1 3/4", into 400 cell thunderbolt cats into H pipe and stock mufflers.

Sounds amazing and well under my legal limit of 98 DB in Dubai.

https://byronsworld.smugmug.com/2006-Cadillac-CTS-V/n-9tr9v2/i-C2JdKBp

Had to post external so as not to loose audio quality.

Cerakote C-7600 coated and wrapped the headers.

A video after cat Install showing in car noise levels at 136kph (80ish mph)

Db meter app reading about 12" behind the tail pipe.

Just a brace. I'd hope one H pipe is enough. 🤣

Because of the previous owner seriously buggering it up.

Quick question....

Is the Corsa system everyone references part #14155? It is the only one I see offered by Corsa for the V1 but I was curious as to whether you guys are referencing that system or if your referencing a Corsa system that you pieced together. Maybe by utilizing one of their axle back systems and one of their X pipes for example.

Chinasetters into Frankenstein gutted cats and H pipe, and half a borla/gmpp catback.

I'll be swapping to kooks headers and cats soon at the coating is cured, and running the full Borla/gmpp with x pipe.

It sounds great at idle, let's hear some of the bald eagles at all the different points of RPM, please!

As requested. Just don't be judgy on the brake light being out lol. I was on the way to pick up the bulbs.

Enjoy. It's going to sound much better when I get the x pipe and cats in with the new to me kooks. The headers are being cerakote coated in C7600 at the moment and will be curing this week.

Here is a recreation of the same footage, with kooks long tubes, kooks cats and the full GMPP / Borla catback.

Super mellow, minimal resonance/drone in the car and sound is just perfect for me.
