Well when we 1st came out everyone asked for hard launches and we did and posted it on YouTube. Now people are saying it is because the car is basically stock horse power and that is why the rearend is holding up. So now we are in the middle of putting on a Maggie and will put on Drag Radials to see what people will say next.

We know this Girdle works because we have others out there but we have no problem proving and showing it.

Basically, what's trying to be proved here is that your brace even under heavy wheel hop conditions will hold the diff together. So you need to induce a good amount of wheel hop. Is it wet in your area? You could drive around for a few hours. Seems like they all hop pretty hard in the rain still, regardless of what hop aids the car has...

Ok there are 2 issues with the rear-end in our V's, 1st of which is wheel hop which breaks the casings on the side. The other is the front of the housing trying to kiss the floor pan. Our Girdle is to keep the second from happening. Even the newest housing with high horsepower can and will break. If you go to our website the last housing broke with no wheel hop and a 1st to 2nd shift. If you go to other forums the housing strength is well documented.

Wheel-hop breaks anything, ever think about the transition from static to kinetic friction? There is gonna be some massive spikes that will be break even the best rears, even the g-force 9". Just take a look at rock-crawlers. Drop the maggie on the car, put some slicks on it and launch it HARD 50 times and come back with proof, then we'll believe you, well at least i will.
