In a new thread, or here Mighty? lol
I'll drive it for a few days and report back. Initial impression is that it's about the same, but that was just a 5 minute test drive around the block.

I drove around town quite a bit today and I can't say I noticed much change in how the cut OEM springs feel compared to when I had the H&R's in there. It would definitely still be my preference to use the H&R springs if we can find a spacer of some sort like you're working on. Keep us posted on how the progress on that goes! I'm not much of a fabricator, but I'm keeping an eye out for things that might work.

A follow up on yesterday's comments. Today I had a lot of running around to do, so I was out on the streets/highways for almost the whole afternoon. I retract my statement that I don't feel much of a difference with the cut oem springs from the h&r's. There's definitely a difference. The *** end feels a bit loose and waggly or saggy or something like that. It's real hard to describe, but I definitely feel it and I don't particularly like it. Trying to think of a way to space up the lower spring mount like you've mentioned. I'm thinking something like a hockey puck, but a bit bigger diameter. I haven't looked at the lower perch much to see what else would have to be done to make something like that fit, but there's gotta be something.

In the event that someone's using the search function on this site, I thought I'd update this thread real quick. It's just a cut n paste from another similar thread, but I want the answers available for anyone who's having similar issues.
After trailing arms and the soon-to-be-known 'edmod' (3/8 rubber homemade 'washer' under rear spring perches to boost up the 'too low' H&R's), everything is awesome! No more 'reverse rake', no more fender rubbing on tires, no more wheels rubbing on trailing arms, and no more crappy feeling cut OEM springs.

I can only hazard a guess that it was factory tolerances and/or the OEM bushings that caused that issue. Passenger side rubbed when turning left, driver side when turning right. The more force in the turn, the more severe the rubbing.
