Looking to order a cowl hood and motor mounts for my V!

You get the hood, with 2 holes in the hood where the vents go, than you get the 2 vents separately, and they need to be bonded into it...it took my shop quite a bit of work to do it, but they were able to do it.

Makes the vented hood less appealing. I'd prefer it came ready to paint. I don't think the shop wants to put that kind of effort into it. It's a Cadillac Body Shop, not a random body shop.

I was honestly pretty disappointed in it, when I first got it, but now that it is done, I really like the hood!!

EC is only $750 for the cowl without vents and you'll prob save a bunch on prep work.
SW is $1300 for a standard cowl or $1700 in carbon fiber.
What a price difference! I didn't realize the standard EC cowl hood was just $750 but I suppose the lack of squirters would sucks.

As far as Creative Steel engine mounts, I have the black ones and they came with metal heat shields. I have all the Creative Steel stuff, and it made a huge difference. Liked dealing with them too.

I have the black ones with heat shields waiting to be installed. I plan to order the CS trans mount and diff bushing as well. I may go ahead and order their shifter bushings too if my stock ones are in rough shape.
