I DONT CARE WHAT NeverSatified SAID! I ASKED EVERYONE TO SHARE WHAT CAMBER SETTINGS THEY WERE USING AND WHAT THEIR EXPERIENCES WERE!! I didn't ask you ALL to tell me that every car is going to be different! CAN'T YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND THAT?? I guess not.

Lol! Ur a dipshit. U come on here looking for help and when you don't get the answer you're looking for, you act like a child. They are agreeing with me because there is no exact answer to your question. Knowing what everyone elses car is set at after alignment still wont matter because they will all be slightly different. Its simple... Drop springs and an alignment go hand in hand. U want it perfect for "tire life", STFU and go get an alignment done and stop wasting everyone's time here with ur hissy fits in CAPS. U aren't tracking the car and incase u missed it, TonyTone has a complete coil over setup on his car... Not just drop springs. I'm off this thread. :flip:

No sympathy from me, OP. You're being a bit of a dick considering that you're the one asking random people to take a minute out of their day to help you out. As is the case in pretty much any online forum that I've ever been a part of, you don't always get the answers you were looking for. Regardless of how helpful someone's post is or isn't, it only seems like common courtesy to remain appreciative. You might have been better off to explain why you're asking what you're asking, 'cause it doesn't really make sense if you're going to bring the car to a shop for an alignment anyway. Unless you're going to walk into a shop and tell them "align the car to *this* camber setting..." (in which case they'll likely either snicker and ignore your request or do something a little less civil), then what people's camber settings are is really a moot point. Moreover, if you're going to leave the alignment in the hands of the specialist without making a specific camber setting request/demand, then they're going to get the car to OEM specs, or as close as they can manage given the modified suspension. Again, there's no reason to need an answer to your original question.
Any answers that you do get will likely just confuse the situation further, especially if you go to the shop and ask for that to be applied to your vehicle. Every car needs to be assessed and adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Taking Tony-Tone's camber numbers and applying them to your vehicle would not necessarily be optimal for you. Also, knowing only the camber and not taking into account all the other possible adjustments could really mess things up. Lastly, if you're taking into account what everyone else's camber settings are then you should also be asking them about all the other measurements, as well as their driving styles and motivating factors behind their given settings.
In all honestly, none of that should matter to you though. As many have said, take your car into a shop that specializes in alignments and just leave it in their hands. Pick it up a few hours later and drive away knowing that you're V is now back in spec and tracking (driving/rolling) as optimally as possible. If you can't leave the shop with that confidence, then perhaps you should look into another shop.
Just my .02.
Sidebar: NeverSatisfied - When I wasn't happy with the ride height the H&R's gave me, I cut my OEM rear springs and installed them. Those cut springs were REALLY REALLY unstable feeling under normal acceleration. I contributed it to being because I cut the "closed" end off of the spring, so it felt like the rear was "wagging" around a lot. That feeling is totally gone with the H&R's installed though, and that's without having it aligned yet either. I can only imagine what yours has got to feel like with the front AND rear springs being cut ... yikes!

Wes... I'm glad to hear it! Cutting mine was just a temp fix until I figured out which route I wanted to go for my drop. I'm stoked about installing my Ground Control kit now! I want that wishy washy feeling to be gone!
Cole... That's exactly how I want mine setup! If you don't get his number for anyone else, at least get it for me! I'm dead set on aligning my car in the driveway like the *** dumpster that started this thread...

Sweet, I've got that same setup! You should see how far me tires stick out when I'm doing a buck 60! It almost looks like my car is huvering over the road! Just like back to the future 2! All you need is a jack hammer, spray paint, a crowbar and some 12" rims! PM me if you want the specs op!

keep in mind you asked for numbers. however, my numbers will not work for you as every car (as mentioned) will have different requirements. my car is less than 3" off the ground and less than 23" from mid fender to the ground all around on custom forged wheels... wheels that are 10.5 in the rear on a 285 tire. i had to provide a hair of negative camber so I can tuck them flush without rubbing.
you may be 1-2" lowered, i'm closer to 5"
you may be on stock wheels, i'm on a custom offset and width
my camber should be over -2 to be safe but to have my wheels as flush as possible it was trial and error on the rack
variables change based on what you're looking for brother... good luck.

My thread not yours. Your not the mod and are being just as much of an ***. This thread has nothing to do with me speaking to a shop, i am asking owners who have this mod. Another retard who cant read the title. And there is a difference between a leaky and wet vagina.

I like to know as much as possible but here on TECH I am not allowed to know. Close the ****** thread mods, its goin nowhere.
