Oh, well I thought you were actually getting on it in 1st. Of course anyone can pussyfoot it in 1st so you don't spin.

I wasn't talking about street racing or racing techniques, I was talking about the ability to spin from a roll in 1st. If you punch it in 1st at 25 with your 245s you will spin...or you aren't really putting much power down.

I don't know man... Those GSD3's are just as stick as drag radials. I had em on my car and they would hardly spin for me either. Granted I had just CAI and catback at the time but they were some sticky *** tires. Mine were 275/40's though.

I just looked at the specs. on tire rack and even though they read 280 AA A the tires are Y rated ..at least the non run flat.....and they are probably rated the highest in dry and wet traction of any street tire i have looked at on Tire Rack... @ 9.2 & 9.1 superior and 8.8 & 8.9 in cornering stability aand 8.8 in hydroplaneing.with ecellent scores in comfort, tread wear, and road noise...............................

non run flat--285/35/18 97Y 25.90" tall and needs a min 9 1/2" rim

The runflats have no ratings on tire rack....275/35/18 95Y 32lbs. only 25.6" tall.
theyare running a special $468.00ea. ha ha lol.....

I did not see any other wide sizes that would fit the V..
