Announcing the Gforce Lifetime Warranty
That's right, we have some new exciting news...
I would like to tell everyone about our new warranty.
We have decided to go to a "LIFETIME" warranty on our products.
That's right, Lifetime.. If you ever break it, we replace it.
We very rarely have to replace parts under warranty, we only use the best material available and we design our parts to hold up to what we say they will.
Our old 2 year warranty was the best in the business and our new Lifetime warranty just goes to show how much pride and confidence we have in our products.
The Lifetime warranty is non transferrable, meaning if a customer buys a Gforce part then it is covered for the life of the vehicle under that owner. If the part is sold then the warranty reverts back to our 2 year warranty.
We will start sending warranty registration cards with our products or you can print them off on line and send them in. That way once your product is registered you can simply forget about it and we'll just keep it on file.
The lifetime warrany only covers parts manufactured by Gforce Engineering.
Give us a call if you have any questions.
Thanks
Chris and the Gforce crew.

I sorta want a gforce diff and this helps, but, I feel like with a lot of the lifetime warranties I've dealt with always figure out ways to sucker you out of it with absurd technicalities. Either that or the company goes under.
Not trying to be a downer but I've eaten **** on some expensive computer parts.

We have a great reputation of being a stand up company that stands behind our products with excellent customer service and we plan on being around for a long long time.
We opened our doors back in 1993 and have evolved into what we are today.
Thanks
Chris

The way I look at it, a problem with a part is an oppportunity to improve on that part. Find out what broke or why it isnt performing correctly and incorporate the changes, that is how great products are made and then improved on
Thanks

Props to Chris and Jeremy for reinspecting my RT side econoaxle.
I thought there was some excessive spline backlash, so I sent back the entire assembly. They both triple checked it, said it was in spec, and they are sending it back with new clamps and grease!
YOU GUYS ROCK! Now I need to get it back under the Caddy.
