My biggest complaint with the wheel is that it's too big. I wish we could get a smaller one made.

Sent my wheel, shift **** and boot out yesterday. Hope to get it back by the end of next week.

Confirmed you can swap electronics to a CTS wheel.

I just did a search on www.car-part.com for 2003 to 2007 CTS steering wheels and there are wheels available as cheap as $25.

What I don't know is if all of the model years used the same steering wheel structure. Are they all the same underneath the electronics, air bag, leather/wood, etc?

Mine was a leather wheel off an 04 CTS. Same as our wheels under the airbag and electronics.

My wheel arrived at dallas and they are gonna wait till Tonys gets in to start the group buy 10% off

nice i paid 50 for my V wheel w/ 06-07 electronics.. thinking of trying to rigg up some extra controls on the back housing of the wheel it self..

they left a base V6 CTS diff case in the rear end... you think they really would change the internal mechanics of a steering wheel just for the "performance" model.. i think its a safe bet sir...

Is this installed yet? Looks interesting. Hopefully it matches the swayde inserts on the seats... The leather on the stocker is so cheap, cuts with just a fingernail! Have to baby it..

The grip size of your steering wheel right now is 4".
- Adding 1/16" padding, the new grip will be about 4.375".
- Adding 1/8" padding, the new grip will be about 4. 625".

im going to do the thinner pad..

sounds good. you going with dark grey or black?
