Default track rims...

whats everyone using for track rims? wanted to get a spare set with just track rubber on them but havent really found anything decent other than just another set of tires

also is anyone running DRs? i know somone out there is- my BFG hold up fine daily driving but they dont hook up all that nice

For track rims rota makes wheels for our cars or if you can find them team dynamics makes race wheels.

Most guys just buy stock wheels and put R compound tires on them.

Team Dynamics Rims with Hoosier R6s... find them on ebay just search for team dynamics. You can email him and get them for 1k shipped. Silver or Black.

Only thing I dislike about team dynamics is that there are no center caps that fit the wheels. Stockers wont fit so you have to do some type of custom center cap unless you enjoy looking at the spindle nut.

They come with center caps now and have for the last year or so. Search around for a picture I posted of the set I bought back in March from the ebay seller that shows the caps otherwise I can post it here if you like.

The odds of them popping off on track is slim to none anyway. I think the concern is more with the larger hubcap type ones.

But Yeah the TD ones have center caps that work now.

I would agree and they are not the easiest to remove and install without messing them up.
