From what the tuner said it stayed consistant at 12lbs which is WAY to much, i only want to push about 7-8. Im not in the market for a 10k engine build if i blow this thing up Ive got a 87 grand national that im gonna put that money in, i have a 27K mile LY6 thats getting a LS2 timing set, cam, and 88MM turbo so i would rather take chance with that then the V

I would get a set of the ported/polished 317 heads. When I run mine on 91octane it dosn't detnate unless it's in 6th gear at about 1800RPM. It only does that once in a great while. Ive driven the car very little but the last couple fill ups ive put the 104 ocatane booster in it and there is no detnation at all that i have notice yet.

There was another guy on the forum here that had a whipple same as ours on his V but i don't know if he ever got it finished and driving. id be curious to see if he's up and running and how it's doing.

Ya I'm not sure he hasn't chimed in for awhile. Last I heard it was running good, just hadn't go to the dyno for a final tune.
12lbs of boost? Sounds high, what size pulley you running?

Im not sure on the pulley size ill have to go out and measure the pulley. It would be cool if he would chime in i would like to see his tune and know what size injector he's running. Last i read he wanted to change his clutch but that's been about all.

Curious how long it tool you to pull the supercharger? I drove the car sunday and when i came home it had a fault code. Im not sure what it is because im code reader hasn't showed up yet I have a feeling the knock sensors are happy so i may have to pull the charger and replace the sensors and harness

Charger don't take long to pull, maybe an hour. The worst bolt is under the rear gear case on the back, on the passenger side, akward to get at.
I think the other guy is running 65# injectors same as me.

If you don't mind and get some time could you take some pictures of the bracket and how you mounted it? Im gonna pick one up to try and help out with the detnation issues. If you want i can PM you my email!

If you want we can talk about our set ups in a PM we can, just so we don't mess up your thread anymore than we have already
