To bad is has the 6L90E...if in was the TR-6060, the swap would be a lot easier.
But the engine will fit in the bay, but I think the blower will not fit under the hood IIRC. And then again, you can always use the T56 in your V1, and stick the 6L90 in the Impala...haha.

The motor, yes. The transmission, no.
Some time ago, 2C5s (Chris, I believe) was looking at an auto swap. He found that there's not enough room in a V1 transmission tunnel for a 4L60E, and the six-speed auto is quite a bit larger than a 4L60E.
If you wanted to rework the entire floorboard/lower dash/console, you could make it fit, but at what cost and appearance?

I'm not actually going to do it, I don't have $17.5k laying around. I just thought it was neat. LSA + T56? Though? Hmmmm . . .
