So I just received my Monster Stage 2 clutch kit for my 05 V today, & I have 1 question. Why does the clutch disc pictured on their site look like a completely different material than the disk I received? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but does it come packaged with some sort of protective cardboard-like material meshed to the disc surface that burns off once driven, because it looks like its part of the disc itself?

The top looks like an organic disk and the lower looks like a Kevlar disk. Might call and ask.

Thanks... I guess i will have to wait until they are open on monday.

I didn't look closely at it yet because I saw the disc & was surprised with how different it looked from the actual photo on their site. I will definitely take a closer look at it in a minute, or when the old stuff comes out
