Default Well....... I'm selling the caddy

But it's not going too far. Just fed up with the thing at the moment and told my dad I was gonna sell it. He said he would buy it when he retires in two months. So I said great and bought this 08 R1!

I told him I would help get the car back together but he's buying the parts. Gonna put the 112 back on it and put a stock LS6 cam back in. So if anybody has one for cheap let me know.

Sorry the 2300 didn't work out for you, at least the car isn't going very far. I have been on an R1 once in my life, and it scared the living **** out of me. Too much power and it comes on sneaky like. Be careful.

I have a stock cam here in OKC. If you make your way over one day let me know. I'll fix you up with it on the cheap for a local fellow V'r.

Nooo! haha That sucks things didn't work out with your blower project. I'm sure you would rather sell your 112 and put back in a stock LS6, no? I happen to know a guy who needs a built motor and has a stock LS6.

Fact. I wish you the best of luck with the R1 but after owning a CBR 600 f4i and a ZX10R I won't be getting back into a sport bike. Every time you ride it you are breaking 10 different laws and its only a matter of time before they nail you hard....That is me anyhow but I have a feeling its you also. Have fun on it and get yourself some countermeasures!

It helps my dad is a cop lol I know a lot of the locals and the highway patrols so for the most part I'm good. I've had a raven R6 and still have an older honda that I'm fixing up. I just live bikes. I put 12k miles on that R6 is 6 months. Put on 3 back tires and 2 front tires. I've always had something with two wheels and finally had a chance to get the R1 so I jumped on it. Even got it for a decent price with only 8k miles

I'd wait until you at least take the training wheels off your Disney Princesses bike before trying to cruise around town on that Yammie.

Well heck it sounds like you know what you are doing then. For me it just wasn't something I wanted to have anymore. Not that I wouldn't own one to jump on every now and again but the price isn't justifiable for how little I rode.

Other OK members? Wow!

Nice R1, candy red is the best color Yamaha ever made. Just sold my R6 after I picked up the V.

Selling to your dad? Well, finally someone I can relate to.

You need some handlebar tassels like those in that third pic.

I think we should all just get a bike, we'd never spend another dime to go fast in a car cause you would never touch a liter bike for 3 tiems the price lol.

Haha, already got one and what's odd is around the same track(MAM) my lap times are nearly identical between the car and bike even though the top speeds and cornering speeds couldn't be farther apart.

I have both, the V is much better to have around when it is cold or wet out, lol. The power is crazy though. Can't wait for 1K cc production 200 rwhp bikes. Should only be another 5-7 years.
