Magnacharger cam and headers will make you faster than a stock v2. You only need about 475rwhp to be faster due to your weight advantage

id research and see if the E Force they have for the ls2 corvettes would work... the 06 07s have stronger rear ends than the 04 05... im planning on turboing my 06 here in the next few months... right now its a heads tiny cam (219/230 .605 .604 117) pushing 448 418 on with a tune off the MAP sensor... if you can stick a Eforce 2300 should do nicely

save all your money and buy a new lsa motor with some blower porting and pulley changes and some bolt ons they make mid 600s

i would just sell the v1 and get a v2 and slowly mod it its going to be faster right out of the gate i thought the o7s where the first gen v2s?

im looking for the best setup without taking out the engine. thats why i was looking at charger, cam, and headers, and heads if need be.

what would be the power difference between the ls9 cam, thunderracing charger cam, and the two Comp LSR cams?

Thunder Racing does not recommend their Blower Cam for use with a Maggie 112...they will point you to the CheaTR V.3. You have to really decide what you want...the Maggie is an under curve supercharger and if you choose a higher LSA cam (stock cam is 117*, CheaTR V3 is also 117*, LS9 is 122*) you run the risk of running out of blower with the little 112 where these cams really start to wake up in the upper RPM range.

If you can do your own fabrication work, an E-Force can be had for as much as the 112...and you will have a lot more options for everything else.

[FONT="Century Gothic"]If beating the new v and m5 maybe weight saving would be a more productive and cost effective way to go. Or shoehorn the new motor in your car... or both.

Just get your ls2 stroked to a 402, throw a donkey dick cam in, and a set of good heads. Maybe even a fast 102 intake. Then you'll make more power than a v2, and have a **** load more durability than a blower on a stock bottom end ls2.

Im at 490 with a ls9 cam, Maggie, over driven balancer, headers etc. but my motor is forged and I dropped the compression to 9.8/1 which prolly hurt my numbers but I plan on NOS too so I built it for both boost and juice

No, you would need a pretty big cam, really good heads.. Over drive the hell out of the Maggie and get a spot on tune just to get over 500

Oh... K well the comp cams work better with Maggie then? Would like it powerful, but not shaking the car like a aggressive cam. And smoggable
