Anyone looking for a deal on an 06 V in Houston?? My buddy is selling his car... I know this isn't the classifieds but just a heads up to anyone in the local area looking for a good deal on a V1. My buddy is selling his car but he's not a member here so i figured i'd put the word out.
Its an 06. Silver exterior with grey/black interior. Everything is black with grey seats. Looks really nice on the silver! 91,xxx miles. Bone stock other than the spectre works looking spoiler, window tint, smoked side markers and smoked reverse lights. Car is clean! Has some 265/40/18 yokohamas on it on all four corners. Im sure it has the odd flaw here or there but overall, its very nice and been taken care of. He's looking to move on a truck so the car needs to go soon.
Hes asking $17k for it but i know he is slightly negotiable if someone has the right offer since he's trying to make a move on this truck he's been looking at. No low ball offers as its already priced well but i know he will budge a little.
He's going to email me pics tonight but its a nice car for a good price.

Given his situation in needing to jump on this other truck, he has decided to take $16k FIRM! Not one penny less. He told me this intending to negotiate to that if needed but isn't going to lower the price from $17k. In other words... I am giving the people here the inside scoop incase someone wants to act quickly. Don't bother offering less than $16k. He will say no to $15,999.99. That is his bottom dollar which is a STEAL for an 06 with under 100k!!

I think he's looking at a loaded 2010 or 2011 F150 FX4 or something. I'm really not sure but I know he said he found the truck he wants. I know $17k isn't rock solid but he won't come too far down from that. Pretty sure $16k is his bottom dollar at best which is a steal for a clean 06 with under 100k.

Sounds good. I'll get the ball rolling on pics so you can see it. Its a nice car. I'm not 100% certain he would take $16k but i know he said he wanted $17k and said he'd move on that price just a bit more if someone was ready to buy asap so he can jump on the truck he wants.

Get pics up ASAP. I am interested, feeling a void since I totaled mine. I would much rather grab another V1 instead of getting an A to B car before I get the coupe. I am in Waco, so it would be a pretty easy transaction. Cash is king!

I'll have pics up today. Car might have grey V seats in it from my car. Everything else is black. If u want to see what it would look like, I can send pics of my interior since everything else in my interior is already black with the grey seats. Actually looks really nice on the silver V but since i have grills, lights, wheels, etc all blacked out, i'd rather have the black seats. Think we're working a trade out because I want his black seats and I'm throwing him some cash so if that's the case, he said he will take $16k for it since he's getting some money outta me on the seat trade.

Yeah... That's how mine is right now. Looks really good but I want all black since I'm going black with every possible thing I can and plan to black suede the headliner and pillars too. The grey seats look good in it since the car is silver. I have the grey console, door panels, rear dash, seatbelts, etc if you'd prefer complete grey interior.
$16,500 was his absolute bottom dollar he said but since I'm giving him cash (the difference in price) and my seats to trade, he will take $16,000 for it FIRM. LED taillights in the pics are no longer on it. It has the stock tails installed.

Ok. No... He still had his stock tails and was taking the LED's off to sell them regardless. I wasn't going to buy them but I got a ticket for my smoked tails a few days ago so yes, I just bought the LED tails so I have a red set to get it dismissed saying I "fixed" it.

Yup... Bullshit. Got a ticket the same time for no front plate. I'm not changing ****. I'll zip tie my plate on the grill the day of my court date and swap the red tails on the car to get it dismissed. Then it's back to no plate and smoked tails. **** em. I know all the cops around here but there is this one clown that won't dismiss tickets regardless who u know and never cuts breaks. The court will dismiss it though if I come with the violations fixed on that day. Not a big deal. I have the extra tails now, my front plate in the trunk and a buddy that tints windows and makes receipts for me (if I get cited for that) so I'm good now.

I was initially planning to leave it this way but since i'm sueding the headliner and pillars black, the seats being black too makes more sense. With the pillars and headliner being grey, it all still goes together really well! I may man. We negotiated the swap cause I really want the black to complete the look im going for but my seats are really in good shape. I'm kickin the idea back and forth. And yeah... Front plates are the law but they typically don't mess with u just for that unless they are just lookin for a reason to stop u.
