Going to headers will reduce your boost because it's flowing better ... which is what you want. Can't wait to see your new numbers on the previous owner's dyno to get apples to apples.

I'm interested to see the results, belt definitely must have been a lil bit loose. The shorter fleetrunner should definitely help if it was slipping. With the HD tensioner and the IW OD pulley, if it was slipping, it had to be the belt was too large or something else is wrong.

I put the tightest belt I could get on there, but it was a regular belt. I honestly didn't see any belt dust until after the first run on the dyno, and it's been on there for a couple months, or so. Belts stretch. Right now, when I crank on the tensioner all the way, it looks like it stretched prolly over an inch. When I Put it on, I had a seriously difficult time Installing it with the tensioner bottomed out. The fleetrunner is supposed to be Pretty good about not stretching. I'll at least get a couple months out of it I'm sure.
