I heard he has been known to slap a for sale sign on it before ever leaving the driveway of the previous owner.

Become a dealer who modifies cars and avoid taxes.... Just modify slowly. Unless TX has an inventory tax.

That's not a bad idea. On the cars I'd pay cash for, I'd always avoid registering them in my name so I could play with Em for a bit and then sell Em. I'd always have the seller sign his portion on the title, leave the date blank and i would just have whoever bought it from me fill in the buyers portion.

Just create an S corp or LLC and give the company ownership (you own the company) and neversatisfied02 motors has it's first long term "upsale" project.

So you drive with no insurance and skip taxes? Cool.

Dealers can get blanket policy's pretty cheap. Everytime you see a dealer plate on the road they are insured, atleast in FL dealer tags have to have some sort of policy. Who wants to pay taxes anyways.

No jackass... Don't go assuming things you don't know. I insure each and every one of my vehicles. U can buy insurance on anything. I hold the title and bill of sale which proves to anyone needing to know that the car is mine. Registration is never an issue since I buy it with a good sticker and sell it before it even expires. And if it is expired, you can go to the DMV and pay for a temp tag a month at a time. But hey, if you're all for paying the taxes on every single thing you buy... I'll let you know when I buy the next car cash and u can pay the taxes on it for me so you can feel better about it. lol

And btw, the temp tag is just as legal as anything else so its not like I'm breaking the law. I just don't feel the need to pay taxes, register the car in my name, wait 3-4 weeks to get the title back all while the car would be sold by that time or sooner.

Dmax... I couldn't agree more with this little idea you've brought to my attention. I'm definitely going to look into that. It makes sense and would make things much easier considering the speed at which I go through vehicles.

I appreciate the heads up! I didn't realize how all that worked... Or more so, never really thought about doing it like that. Thanks bud!

In pa its illegal to hold an open title without a dealers license. Have you checked to see if that's the case in Texas. If not in moving there lol and told have a dealers license in pa you must own a commercial property big enough to hold 10 vehicles with their doors open and a certain amount of lights and a business structure.. pa blows.

Honestly man, I'm not sure about the laws on a dealers license here. I'm about to start looking into it though. And I know every owner is "supposed to" transfer ownership and pay taxes on everything exchanged but its one of those loop hole things. If I was buying and selling a ton of vehicles, it might make a difference but avoiding taxes and keeping the governments greedy hands of my money when I'm able to is ideal IMO and i really don't care who says what about it or what they think. It's funny how people are quick to say stuff and quick to judge on here but u know they too have cut corners at some point themselves. Everyone has at one point or another whether its in the same way or a different one.

Those kittens probably deserved it. If not, now they know, and knowing is half the battle.

What can I say, I hate kittens! Knockin em out one by one. Lol

Next project... Well... Keeping the vette for now until I buy a V2 but I'm about to either buy another 1000cc sportbike or... This clean *** black fox coupe I found that would then receive an LS K-Member and a nice LS setup. trying to decide between the bike or the fox coupe though... Lol vette isn't going anywhere for at least a little while.

When I looked into the dealers license, they required you prove that you had space for 5 vehicles on the frontage of your business address. If your in a subdivision with HOA restrictions you may be screwed.

I was going to find a buddy with a shop to let me lease space. I never got around to it though.
