I believe there are people on here that can come up with ideas and tools to get these installed with minimal downtime. Many have lowered the cradle for other reasons. I also don't think they are the first to replace a cradle bushing on a gm platform vehicle.

Nobody would even have bushings in hand if they ordered them the very moment they came out, and they shipped that very second also.

I see what you are saying, we can hypothesize how to get the old ones out.

I would imagine some level of drilling the rubber out then using a hacksaw to cut the outer metal (is there outer metal on the stock one) would work with it in the car still.

If you are really ambitious you could pull the cradle down and press them out. (once they offer the control arm bushings this may not be a bad path, especially if you want to install the geforce/dss axles at the same time

I could see somebody making a tool similar to the CS diff bushing tool as well.

I think the OE rear sub-frame bushings are too soft to remove in that manner. I believe they would stretch until they broke, leaving the metal retainer in the sub-frame. Cutting the OE bushings with a sawzall then drive the sleeve out is probably the fastest way.

I'll have my order in for these as well. These are long over due...kudos to RevShift for making this a reality!

For all who are curious, 95A (48MPa) durometer is 4 times stiffer than 80A (12 MPa) durometer. this is very significant

So the hard ones will be very noisy and the soft ones will be all over the place?

So shoe heal to shopping cart wheel... I'm thinking shopping cart wheel. There is enough other bushings between other "noise makers" and the cradle to worry about it too much.

I imagine the stock bushings are probably in the 70A range, but they have some hollow areas that allow for more movement, so even the 80s will be better. I am a fan of holding suspension cradles as firm as possibly though, any movement there effects the entire rear. I am curious to see how loud they are. (with their sale going on I am having a hard time not buying them...and in 95A of course)

I think the stock rubber bushings are at most 60A. Even the "soft" 80A bushings will be a major improvement. 95A is so hard that I'd be afraid of introducing vibration from the differential.

Choice of hardness should depend on where you drive and how you drive. For someone who spends most of their time on nice, smooth roads and freeways in the southwest, 95A. For someone who lives on the East Coast with crumbling city roads to deal with, maybe not so great.

lets not forget the delrin inserts people are running are a shore 80D durometer... Incredibly stiff. i assume those combined with the OEM rubber would behave similarly to the 95A revshift bushings.

So tempted to pull the trigger on the motor mounts, rear cradle mounts and the diff bushing. After the 20% off for black friday and free shipping, it comes out to $315 shipped. Killer deal Revshift, killer deal.
