anti theft lock

anti theft lock is there a way to get rid of it on the radio? bought one off ebay and put it in. As soon as i started my car it went to the anti theft lock activated. is that a dealer only thing?

i got it. i just took the board from that one and replaced it with the one i messed uo on my original one. and it all works now. thanks anyways, i appreciate it.
