I placed my order on the 20th, and have yet to get any kind of shipping notification. I've called about 100 times and only gotten a hold of someone once. They told me it would be shipped over the weekend. Still no email, and couln't get anyone on the phone today.
We manufacture the parts here. We don't have dedicated sales reps to answer the phones. If we are in the middle of operating equipment and cant get to the phone then we will return your call if you left a message.

You should have the tracking number very shortly. We are getting the orders out as fast as possible. And for future reference, we wont be under estimating the demand for CTS-V bushings again. We are making plenty of stock for the next parts that we release to avoid any delays.
