I asked CS about the bushings when I was ordering my kit last year. They don't have them listed, but threw them in for me when I asked. They make their own poly versions. Both top and bottom are equal lengths. What that distance is I don't know. You should be able to just stack washers once you know the proper height. If anything you can just cut a piece of thick walled pipe and that wouldn't move around on you as much. I won't be under my car for a bit some can't help you with the measurements at this time unfortunately.
