Here is the proper wiring for the LS6 to LS2 throttle body conversion. It works with no CEL. The wire colors are the original LS6 TB wiring and the letters correspond to the new LS2 TB plug lettering.
A.) Brown from 2 wire plug ACT 2
B.) Yellow from 2 wire plug ACT 1
C.) Green AND Yellow +5V TPS
D.) Blue TP1 Signal
E.) Purple AND White TPS GND
F.) Pink TP2 Signal

The only thing I might add is that LS6 TB uses separate +5V ref and ground for each TP signal 1 & 2. LS2 TB consolidates +5V and ground for both signals, so you can wire it as above no problem, or just cap off white and [yellow (with black stripe)] wires from original 6-pin LS6 TPS connector.
