Im doing a sprayer setup now to make it live more then a few thousand miles this time.
From the calculations we did with Comp turbo guys this ballbearing billet 91mm is going to spool close to the same as the journal bearing cast 74, which was full boost by about 4200, what do you think?

Do they sell the sprayer setups as kits or? Talk to me about what direction I should go building the t56 please, I appreciate your input. Although I think a 4l80 is not too far off.

We did and it was a difference of about 25f, using a .0615 nozzle so unsure how much it actually sprays.

I dont see it spooling the same personally not with the bigger a/r. Im assuming the 74mm is a .96 a/r. I bet its closer to 4800.

As far as building the t56 its gonna be on borrowed time unless you plan to drop $3k+ into it. Id sell it while it in good shape and do an auto. You wont look back once you have a 4l80 or th400.

The sprayer setup is a line from the trans drain plug into a pump(powered off a WOT switch), then a line to the drivers side of the trans and itll circulate the fluid from the rear of the case to the headset gears on wot pulls. You can do the setup for about $300.

Its gonna have a 1.1 t4 vs the 1.15 the 4508 has, not sure how much that changes anything?

Yeah I think I agree with you on selling the t56, how much are they going for used? Mine has issues going into reverse that I was hoping that trans insert would fix but didnt change a thing, is that pretty common?

Doesnt work so great on mine, I ussually have to let the car start going forward the hit the brakes just right so "bounces" the car into a backwards roll and it will go in (sounds a lot worse than it is) Or iv I am on a hill I just let it roll backwards.
