Why'd you pull the whole cradle just to remove an axle?

That things does look sexy I just dont have the patience to remove my cradle just to paint it

 

Because my inner CV's will not clear the cradle with the 8.8 attached to it. It's less than an hour to pull it so why not. I also needed to replace the ring gear bolts so they don't back out and sheer off again.

 

Had the windshield replaced and tinted a little while ago also. 50% all the way down and another 50% strip at the top. The strip isn't installed in this pic.

I rent it real cheap. It was a complete shithole when I got it. Black mold 3' up every wall, roof leaks everywhere and not a single light that worked.

 

Tinted the turn signals and installed 3000k hid's for the fogs but they have a green tint

 

Mine look like that until the warm up then they have a yellow tint which I like car looks good

 

Fought with it on the lift for a few hours and got little to nothing accomplished. Will post more in the appropriate thread to get some advice.

Did manage to replace my 5- or 6-year-old poly shifter bushings with some new ones from CS. The driver side one was 2/3 gone, passenger side one was probably going to start falling apart soon.

 

Changed out the rims as a result of a tire failure, installed some trunk led's.

 

I did this:




It's getting all new bearings, piston rings, coated cam bearings, bronze valve guide liners, light head port/clean-up. Then hopefully NEVER comes out again.

Partial flush of PS and brake fluids

Ok, I split this up over Saturday and Sunday but...
