I've only had 4 cars, totalled 1 and replaced it with basically the same thing. I still have the remaining 3.
'89 Mustang GT convertible. Bought it in '94, and is where I started learning to work on cars (Hurst shifter being the first mod I've ever done). Had a Procharged 302 for a while, blew that up, and has been a 357W (0.030-over 351W) since the '01/02 timeframe. Max Motorsports suspension, Maier Racing flared fenders and quarters, Stoptechs, etc. Despite (or perhaps because of ) all the work done to it, I hardly drive it - probably only 15k miles in the past dozen years.
'99 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT. Bought this new in late '98; I had wrecked the Mustang trying to limp it home from work in a snowstorm the previous winter, deployed through the middle of '98, and bought the 2.5GT when I got home in the fall. Through the Subaru community I learned about auto-crossing, and through that community I learned about open track / HPDE stuff - wish I had known about all of that stuff 10 years earlier! Unfortunately, in my youthful track day newbie exuberance, I put it on it's roof way back in 2000 and totalled it.
'97 Legacy 2.5GT. Same thing as the '99, just two years older, bought used in 2000 to replace the green car. It's my auto-x car, and up until I bought the V it was my primary track day car, too. It's gutless (still a non-turbo 2.5L H4), but the suspension and brakes are all done (coil-overs, swaybars, WRX brakes, blah blah blah).
It's in the process of getting a 3.0L H6 from an '01 Outback. Still non-turbo - I may do a turbo setup later (I have a second generation 3.0L sitting in the garage, so that might end up turbo'd).
The Subaru and V have split DD duty since I bought the V back in 2007. Mostly it depends on which car is drivable at any given time - for the past few months, the V has been the DD while the Subaru is in the garage on jack stands. Occasionally the Mustang has been called into DD duty, like it was a month or so ago with the Subaru on jack stands and the V at the shop getting the clutch slave cylinder replaced.

Wow thanks. Not often I get complements on a 11 yr old bike with almost 40k miles. Here's a few more:
Love this back tire. Front vibrates too much.
And this is how I bought it. Ugly, but 2500 bucks, 3 yrs ago, decent canvass and awesome bang for the buck.
I did red brake lines this spring but haven't uploaded those yet. They look great.

I call the white one my Z, but I guess that means something else on this forum '92 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo, 405whp/415wtq, stock turbos, lots of bolt-ons, proposed to my wife in it so I'll never have to sell it.
Just sold the '06 Subaru LegacyGT. 335whp/360wtq. It was my DD for 7 years. Saw track time, grocery time, commuting, and deep snow. Winter should be interesting this year with the V and RWD. It's my first non-turbo car in years.
