Hurst shifter for the 2004-2007 CTS-V.

I don't have enough stock shifter cores to modify the extra Hurst upper stalk beforehand. You'll have to use the chrome stalk for a bit and send back your stock shifter along with the extra black Hurst stalk. I'll modify them for free.
The stock boot does bunch up a little as shown in the pic above. I just setup a group but on the Redline Goods alcantara shifter boot for the V. If you get the Hurst and a new boot, order a boot that is 1.5" shorter than stock. There is an option on their website.

Installed my shifter this weekend. Still haven't driven it yet, but huge difference just running it through the gears. I'm coming from a stock shifter.

I installed Brians shifter and couldn't be more pleased. He makes a great product and very supportive (and prompt) if you need help. I replaced my shifter bushings and transmission mount bushing at the same time.
Very notable difference!

Just ordered one of these today. It appears he already shipped it and it will be here Wednesday!! Faster than amazon holy $***
Cant wait to install this as I have about 2 inches of slop with the shifter in any position.
Thanks Brian!

I agree... I want to have the one it came with changed to something that incorporates a weight of brass or tungsten in it. That would feel pretty awesome.

i was going to order a ball **** from TWM in 3/8-16, which is the thread size of the hurst ball, too. even the stainless m1 abrahms ball they offer is just under a pound and it'd be a major increase in weight versus the hurst one.

I had that very **** on my last car, along with TWM's short shift kit, bushings and cable clamps. Felt like a million bucks. But I want to keep the Hurst name on it. My buddy owns a small machine shop. I'll probably see if he can write a program to make a weight for mine
