GTO is different than ours where the pulleys stick out more, you need a Vette setup.

Actually the GTO setup is closer to what you need than the Vette. The Vette has the blower mounted farther forward and that's not a good idea on the V. The GTO has the blower in the right spot but like Naf said the pulley offset is wrong. You would need to buy a CTS-V jackshaft and you would have to figure out how to get the fuel lines hooked up since the GTO is on the drivers rail and the V is on the passengers.

Then you still have the issue of the heat exchanger and all that jazz not being right.

The jackshaft will run you about $600. I broke mine while doing a rear pulley swap and had to replace it.

Corvette kit won't clear the stock hood due to the Maggie being farther forward on the intake.

You'd need the actual CTS-V kit. The GTO kit has different pulley spacing and the blower sits too far forward. The corvette has the correct spacing, but the blower sits even farther forward. Neither will fit.

Looks like you guys already have this thread handled , thank you for that , There is one other thing about the CTS-V kit being unique , that kit has a lower shaft to clear the hood which limits not only the front pulley size but also the rear I'm sure as some of you guys already know....only way you could run a "hot rod" 2300 or put the other brackets on the system <raise the shaft> to change the rear ratio you would need a cowl hood. Or get LS-3 style heads and run our Heartbeat kit. The GTO and corvette units would pose the same issue that the shaft and pulley would sit too high....I hope this information is helpful.

I was able to over drive the rear pulleys on my 112 kit. Just swapped to a 122. It is possible and I have zero hood clearance issues. Just an FYI

How is the 122 running?

Magnason, have you verified the heartbeat kit will work with ls3 heads? If so I would be very interested in the head unit.

I love the heartbeat blowers. Someday, that will be my next blower if I don't find a good deal on a TVS2300 before that.

Running awesome! It maxed out the maf and the fuel system so it slowed down any real tuning till I get the new OS figured out and get the pump and things done. Has a sweet part throttle "whistle" that im loving

Awesome! Just put in an ls3 card style MAF and tune to that. Not sure what your fuel pump is but I think I'm having the same issue or dropping pressure at high rpm. Haven't checked the rail pressure yet to verify but my 78# @40psi injectors are showing 95% duty. My BAP is at the minimum so hopefully cranking that up will fix it, otherwise it is going to be running new lines.

You still 8", 2.7, 3.49, 3.2 on the pullies? What boost are you seeing?

Picked up a dw300 and hot wire kit. The pulleys are 8" 2.8... 3.4/3.2.
My tuner wants to go SD so I just got a 2 bar map and I'm making a 4in pipe to the Volant box. I had to adjust the bypass valve and keep it from closing all the way as the fuel wouldn't support it. I was seeing around 17-18 psi the couple times I pushed it. I dialed it back to 12psi using the bypass so I could drive the car. Should have all the parts soon to finish it up "for now" lol

You wouldn't happen to be able to get another 122 head unit would you?

I'm peaking around 12ish psi on my 122 right now with a 2.6" drive pulley, stock crank size and stock size rears.
