Default Anyone have stock 06 tune?

Per the title, seeing if anyone can share the stock 2006 ctsv tune with me. I don't have mine. I'd like to re-flash to stock and re-tune myself.

Thnx.

Ok, i have to say the 07 and 06 are the same, if youbare able to open both in hptuner return the maf pe and timing table back to stock.

This way your runnin slightly rich.

Have your maf turn on at 400 so your not runnin on ve.

This will get you to a real dyno and tuned properly

Sue the mail in tune guy. Demand your money back period

Im sure i waived all rights when i signed his paper. This car has actually been tuned by 2 tuners so it gets a bit more complicated.

The first tune was great but didn't account for the cam. Second tune is the issue and i suspect my first tune was pulled and butchered.

Both tunes were in person using a dyno.

I think 06 and 07 use same pcm but different os. So not sure i can flash an 07 file over.

Wow! I did a compare on the 06 and 07 tunes and then dug through the differences. I am very surprised at a lot of things that I found. Final idle air looks more aggressive on the 06. The must have had complaints about stalling the 06s and tamed it a bit on the 07. The biggest surprise was the difference in EOIT. The 06 had data the 07 did not (this usually only changes with cam differences). The minimum injector pulsewidth was different so maybe that was the reason... The 07 guys need to get the data from the 06 for Commanded Torque Delta. They will definitely notice more acceleration in all gears except first (no differences there). Open and closed loop gains are very different (I suspect the 07 data is better - it appears they fixed issues they found in the 06 tune). All in all it looks like they took just a little out of the 07 tune (less aggressive). My guess is that for the most part you could use either tune on an 06/07 wo issues (I would have to check the IAT sensor cal to be sure - they are different but the scales are different and I didn't do a plot to compare them).

I didn't get a chance to do a detailed comparison like you did. But i noticed alot of subtle differences too. I'm hoping to combine the best of both years into 1 tune

Strange that the 06 & 07 have that many differences and a different pcm os. Would be interesting to see differences on the dyno between both years stock for stock

Agreed.

I didn't get a chance to do a detailed comparison like you did.
I really didn't look too deeply. The Comparison Log feature of HPT points them all out. Just a quick review on my part. I was definitely surprised to find all of the differences.
