They used Vinyl overlays to get the stars. Possibly voodoo. However the stars are painted.
I just came up with a concept and the color scheme which I felt was appropriate since both I and my car are not in the states.
I gave them an Idea, and a Photoshop overly from the first image. Guys at Reflect A.D.S. in Dubai worked their magic after that.
The rest of the stars will be on the air box and done in such a way that my cold air tube looks like it's sucking them into the intake.
Gotta fuel those bald eagles somehow.

Ah gotcha I thought you painted it yourself. I've painted a few test intakes and thought about doing an american flag style one and was wondering how tough it was to paint them on there but vinyl sounds like a much easier idea lol
