Default Dropping the tank?

Welp, simple and easy...how? I have searched and I fear at this point the answer is to drop the cradle. Which just suuccckkksss. Just when I though GM engineers couldn't have possibly screwed this car up any further. I'm not looking to cut the hole under the rear seat as I'm changing everything including the lines.

Thanks!

Loosen the rear cradle bolts and take the fronts out. pretty sure that’s how they did the fuel pump recall.

The automobile manufacturers are purposely building automobiles that are harder and harder to work on by the backyard mechanic so they can make money on high labor rates at the dealership!!! IT'S JUST WRONG!!!!

That's how they did mine but they had to bend the tank straps to get it out. They were reusable but kind wonky looking after that.

If you're changing the lines you should switch to a V2 tank with Fore Innovations triple, like I did. Then you'll WISH the only thing you had to complain about is dropping the cradle.

Have the same action before, will take the whole cradle down and while I'm in there, make ss brake lines everywhere, can provide some pics of it, if interest on?!
