I've been tinkering with the V's appearance over the past month.

I painted the grills satin black, powder coated the wheels and calipers, and painted the ugly chrome piece above the rear plate body color.

Looks good. I'd do the "chrome" vents on the fenders, too, darken them up to match the wheels.

Wow! Your V is awesome! I love G8s but that V puts it to shame. This coming from an ex-G8 owner. Love your wheels, similiar to mine in contrast to my silver.

Took these a few months back after I sprayed the lights and got the wheels powder coated...I could of sworn I posted on here, but for some reason I couldn't find it.

The wheel color would be hard to match, plus it has chrome elsewhere. If I did anything it would be body color, except for the middle horizontal piece that comes across.

Thanks. I just had the wheels and the calipers powder coated. The color is called speedway black. Its black with a heavy pearl so it changes from a dark gunmetal to a silver just a little darker than the car depending on light. The calipers are a dark orange metallic similar to the 4th gen SOM.
